DNF’s Matthew S. Dontzin is quoted regarding a dispute between his client, Larry Gagosian of the Gagosian Gallery, and Pelham Holdings, an agent for the Qatari Royal Family. Both parties separately reached an agreement to buy a Picasso sculpture and both parties have now called into question the validity of each agreement.
