Asher T. Lowenstein

Asher is a litigation generalist with experience in antitrust, securities, employment, and M&A litigation, as well as major internal investigations.  Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Clifford Chance. Asher clerked for the Honorable Richard Berman of the Southern District of New York.  He is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
