David Moosmann

David is a complex litigation generalist with experience representing corporations, non-profits, and high-net-worth individuals at the trial and appellate level, including in antitrust, RICO, corporate governance, intellectual property, trade secret, and product liability cases. He has also represented indigent individuals and advocacy organizations pro bono, including in cases before the United States Courts of Appeals addressing the constitutionality of prolonged solitary confinement and the interpretation of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act.

Before joining the firm, David was associated with Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP and clerked for the Hon. Steven J. Menashi of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Hon. Gregory H. Woods of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
